Managed Services

Managed services provide customers with the ability to fully outsource the management and support of conferencing (audio, web, video & telepresence) to an experienced and trained staff.

Managed services for conferencing are provided by outside firms experienced in the ability to monitor and manage conferencing services to ensure they are at their optimal levels. Managed services are offered on-site, remotely and through the use of a variety of tools, network connectivity, and experienced personnel.
