Data/Web

Data & web conferencing are enhancements to audio and video conferencing to allow people to share information.

Data collaboration allows participants to view and make changes to documents in real time while participating in either an audio or video conferencing. Participants need access to a computer with data collaboration software, an Internet connection, and/or a Web browser.

Web conferencing enables participants to view documents at the same time as they are communicating with each other. Participants need access to a computer with an Internet connection and a Web browser. Web conferencing is usually provided by a third party service provider.
