Carol Zelkin
Executive Director, IMCCA
As Executive Director of the International Multimedia and Collaborative Communications Alliance (IMCCA), Carol Zelkin’s wealth of experience and record of success have enabled her to help grow the non-profit industry trade association to its full potential. Her strong background in telecommunications as an Executive Board Member of the International Teleconferencing Association (ITCA), as well as serving as its President for two years, positioned her to play a key role in the formation and on-going management of the IMCCA.
In her role as the IMCCA Executive Director, Ms. Zelkin is responsible for the Alliance’s industry relations, strategic planning, business development and international relations and business development. She has been successful in negotiating agreements with various related organizations, both nationally and internationally, which help to further the value of the IMCCA to its members.
Ms. Zelkin’s credentials as an industry leader were formed during her time at Optel, a teleconferencing company she co-founded, as well as in her various capacities with the ITCA. She has expansive knowledge of the technology and a solid skill set of financial and marketing expertise.
Executive Board Members

Rick Snyder
Chairperson, IMCCA
Rick Snyder is Vice President of Cisco's Global Enterprise Partner Organization, where he is responsible for partner relationships, revenue growth, and go-to-market strategy for Global System Integrators and Ecosystem Partners aligned with Cisco's Enterprise market segment. Rick also serves on Cisco's Enterprise Business Council.
Prior to appointment to this role, Snyder was a key leader in Cisco's TelePresence Video Sales organization, where he served as Vice President of Global Business. There, he was responsible for a variety of TelePresence Video sales theatres, including US Service Provider, Global Enterprise, and Global Services. Snyder also served as the TANDBERG executive sponsor overseeing the integration efforts between Cisco and TANDBERG.
Prior to Cisco's acquisition of TANDBERG, Snyder served as President of Global Business, and President of the Americas for TANDBERG. During his tenure at TANDBERG, Snyder served on the executive leadership team responsible for leading the business through a rapid growth period – accelerating revenue growth from $300 million to over $1.0 billion in revenue in under five years. During this period TANDBERG also emerged as the market leader in the videoconferencing and telepresence industries.
Previously, Snyder was CEO of ReView Video/Westcon, a distributor of value-added conferencing solutions and services. Snyder also spent five years in the enterprise networking business at Williams Communications/NextiraOne, where he served in a variety of senior leadership roles – including Senior Vice President of Professional Services, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Distribution. Earlier in his career, Snyder held senior management positions at Executone, Octel and Bell Atlantic.
Snyder also serves as Chairman of the IMCCA, a non-profit association serving the collaboration industry. Snyder holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Loyola University in Baltimore, Maryland.

Ken Scaturro
Vice Chairperson, IMCCA
Ken is SeniorVice President, Global Sales and Business Development at York Telecom. Ken has over 20 years of experience providing products, services and solutions to Commercial and Government clients in a global environment. Ken has extensive experience in the visual communications industry, including tenures in sales leadership roles as at Inktomi Corporation (INKT), a multi-media content delivery company. In this position, he built the number one revenue-generating sales team in North America. Ken joined Inktomi when the corporation acquired FastForward Networks, a pre-IPO streaming company. At FastForward, he started and developed the Eastern Commercial, Federal Sales, and Field System Engineering operations. Previously, he has held increasingly responsible management positions for on-site Operations, Engineering as well as Sales, Marketing and Business Development teams working for Booz, Allen & Hamilton, Lockheed Martin and FORE Systems/Marconi Communications .
Ken holds a BS degree in Computer Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology. He is vice chairman of the IMCCA Board of Directors, Chairs the IMCCA Government Special Interest Group (SIG) and is Past-President of the Board Directors for the Montessori International Children’s House (MICH). He also sits on the Partner Council for various Manufacturers.

Anne L. Hardwick
Treasurer, IMCCA
Anne is a founding board member of the IMCCA and has been active in the conferencing and collaborative communications industry since 1980. After two years as a video field photographer for the Richmond, Virginia CBS affiliate, she went on to the Chamber of Commerce in Washington, D.C. working in their state of the art video production facility and participating in early national and international video conferencing events, as well the first season of the Larry King Show and other nationally syndicated programs.
After joining the Virginia Department of Information Technology in 1984 as the Manager for Teleconferencing and Media Services, Anne managed and expanded the Commonwealth’s early adoption of audio conferencing for administrative meetings and distance learning, as well as managing the installation and operation of the agency’s cutting edge video conferencing/production studio. Anne was instrumental in the development and deployment of numerous other audio and video teleconferencing initiatives throughout the state.
Anne retired from the Commonwealth of Virginia in 2008 and continues to be active in various aspects of the industry through consulting and continued participation in key professional associations. She also continues to be active in the operation of a historic restaurant she has owned with her husband for 25 years.

Dr. S. Ann Earon
Chairperson Emeritus, IMCCA
S. Ann Earon is President of Telemanagement Resources International Inc. (TRI), a 29 year old consulting practice specializing in marketing, communications, and training with an emphasis on market research, assessment, design, project management, promotions & training for collaborative conferencing (audio, web, video & telepresence) systems. Ann is the Founding Chairperson of the Interactive Multimedia & Collaborative Communications Alliance (IMCCA), the non-profit industry association for conferencing & collaborative communications. Dr. Earon is a graduate of Colby College, holds a masters degree in Instructional Technology and Educational Administration from Northeastern University, and a Ph.D. from Boston College with majors in business, speech & communications, and education. Mary Abram
PR/Marketing, IMCCA
As an industry veteran with over 25 years of experience in the professional video and audio electronics industry, Mary Abram has had the opportunity to work in a wide range of fields, including broadcast and professional video, physical security, collaborative conferencing and digital imaging. Her distinguished and international career with market leaders such as Panasonic and Sony provided valuable experience in the business areas of sales, marketing and public relations, all of which helped prepare her for a career outside of corporate America.

David J. Danto

David Danto has over 30 years of experience providing problem solving leadership and innovation in media and unified communications technologies for various firms in the corporate, broadcasting and academic worlds. This includes:
- The building and managing of the world’s largest commercial Cisco TelePresence ecosystem (other than within Cisco) for JP Morgan Chase.
- The design, implementation and operation of global video and audio conferencing facilities, television and audio/visual facilities and digital signage solutions for Lehman Brothers.
- The design of television and radio facilities for Bloomberg, including the development of their revolutionary multi-screen TV format and the design and construction of studios for The Charlie Rose Show.
- The development of the Television and Media Services department for NYU, including the design and implementation of America's first urban, self contained, multi-building university cable TV system using microwave links to cross public rights of way.
- The design and management of multimedia and/or TV facilities for many organizations, including AT&T, Financial News Network, MTV, NBC, Rutgers University, and many others. He has also acted as Engineer in Charge for countless commercial and industrial television productions.
David's efforts have been recognized by the premiere industry organizations in media technology. In early 2007 he was elected (and still serves) as the Director of Emerging Technologies for the non-profit Interactive Multimedia & Collaborative Communications Alliance (www.imcca.org.) Additionally, InfoComm International has appointed him as Adjunct Faculty for their educational efforts every year since 2007. He has served as a National Association of Broadcasters conference "Pick-Hits" judge for Broadcast Engineering since 2001. In 2010 the CEA - the industry authority on consumer electronics – appointed him to be a judge for the Consumer Electronics Show Innovations Design and Engineering Awards.
David is a frequent contributor to industry publications and presenter at industry events. He is also the author of the popular "View From The Road" series of blogs. In addition, David has served on many manufacturer council and advisory boards for firms including Polycom, Plantronics and AVI-SPL.
David has recently joined Dimension Data, a global ICT services and solutions provider, to focus on Collaboration Technology Architecture consulting services in the US.

Mr. Michael Brandofino joined AVI-SPL in May 2009 to head up the companies initiatives in video and Unified Communications. Michael created and heads up the Business Video Group (BVG) which encompasses, Business Development, Product Development and Management, Professional Services, Help Desk and Video Managed Services. Mr. Brandofino previously served as CEO and CTO for Glowpoint, Inc., a top provider of advanced video communications solutions. With over 19 years of experience, he is considered to be one of the industry’s foremost leading visionaries, and was awarded the Telespan PACE award in 2008 for his contributions to the advancement of video communications.

Emily T. Magrish

Emily Magrish, has developed unique marketing strategies designed to generate new revenue streams, enhanced and restructured product lines, created channel and partner relationships, implemented public relations campaigns and on line marketing programs for Fortune 500 and Conferencing Service Provider clients for more than 20 years. Magrish attended Tulane University, the Juilliard School of Music, Harvard University, and graduated from Almeda University with a BA in Marketing Management.

Cindy Oliver

Cindy Oliver is the President of Media Methods, an internet marketing agency delivering creative content marketing solutions to technology companies and professional service providers. As a design professional, systems engineer and marketing consultant to the telecommunications industry for 25 years, Ms. Oliver has been a long term advocate of communicating effectively through the use of technology. She founded Media Methods in 1991 to deliver strategic marketing, technical communication and training programs to technology-focused clients for promoting their products and services. Ms. Oliver has helped dozens of businesses to strengthen their brand through systematic marketing initiatives, and to optimize their operations by standardizing both internal and external communication methodologies. She has consulted on best practices and MarCom strategies to the telecom industry and private organizations since 1995.

Gerard (Jerry) Pompa
Senior Vice President and Division Manager
Communications Systems Division (CSD) of Compunetix, Inc.
Compunetix is the global leader in the design and development of converged, scalable audio, video, and data media processing platforms and collaboration applications. Mr. Pompa has been involved in the teleconferencing industry for over 20 years and is responsible for the Compunetix Communications Systems Division including the sales, marketing and engineering of the products. He is a knowledgeable resource on the trends and future of the marketplace and regular speaker at industry forums. In 2007, Mr. Pompa was honored with the prestigious TeleSpan PACE award which honors collaboration professionals who have a definitive positive impact on shaping the teleconferencing industry. Earlier in his career, Mr. Pompa was involved in the software engineering of teleconferencing systems for Compunetix as well as robotic control and spacecraft control systems for Westinghouse Electric Corporation. Mr. Pompa has his B.S. in Computer and Mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh where he also received his M.S. in Computer Science.

Dan Marchetto

Dan has over 26 years of experience in the conferencing industry and has been involved with Audio, Video, and Web products and services. Prior to Phoenix Dan was Director of Channel Sales at ClearOne, Vice President of Sales for Review Video, Director of Voice Product Sales for Polycom, National Sales Manager for US Robotics, Director of Distributed Products for Confertech International, Business Unit Director Gentner Inc., and Regional Manager for Shure Inc. He currently is on the Board of Directors of the IMCCA and is a past Co-Chair of the ITCA.

Bob Romano

Bob is a sixteen year veteran in the conferencing industry. He is currently the VP of Enterprise Marketing for RADVISION. He has held positions as VP and GM at VTEL, an early market leader in videoconferencing solutions, as President of VCON, Inc. a market leader in video over IP solutions and VP of Sales and Marketing at First Virtual Communications, an enterprise software conferencing company. Prior to his involvement in the conferencing industry Bob spent eleven years with IBM in a variety of sales and finance positions both nationally and internationally. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration/Accounting from the University of Washington in Seattle.

Domenic Screnci, Ed.D
Executive Director for Educational Media and Technology in Information Services and Technology
Boston University.
Domenic serves the university as an educational technologist, instructional systems designer and integrator, instructional designer and a producer of curriculum materials for traditional and new media based educational projects. Domenic has 30+ years of experience in the field of biocommunications and is currently the co director of Boston University’s online Master of Science Health Communications Program. He teaches an instructional design course at Boston University’s School of Public Health “Teaching Public Health and is also on the faculty at the University of Massachusetts/Boston in their master’s level Instructional Design Program teaching a Visual Literacy and Information Design course.

Michael J. Valletutti

Mike Valletutti provides Applied Global Technologies with more than 16 years of direct experience in audio, video and data collaboration technologies. As a co-founder of the company he now chairs, Valletutti is a driving force in the innovation of IP collaborative communication tools that are integrated into the work place environment and are easy-to-use. His forward thinking philosophy drives him to create solutions such as PerfectMeetings that take business video communicating beyond today’s conferencing limitations. He led the creation of a hosted broadband video service that connects teleworkers, B2B, and office workers together for enterprise-wide collaboration. He holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology where he specialized in Economic Decision Analysis, Operations Research and Modeling, and Quality Control.

Robert Wise
Executive Vice President of Unified Communications Services

Since joining the company in 1998, Bob has directed various InterCall teams. With a degree in law from Loyola University, Bob acted as General Counsel from 2001 through 2004. As the Vice President of Marketing, he oversaw InterCall’s Marcom, Product Management and Product Development groups. From 2008 to the end of 2009, he was President of Genesys SA, a global conferencing service provider acquired by InterCall in 2008.
Currently, Bob is the Executive Vice President of Unified Communications Services for InterCall and West Corporation, InterCall’s parent company. In this position, he is responsible for InterCall’s Unified Communications (UC) strategy, strategic partnerships, sales and services. He was also instrumental in the recent acquisition of SKT Business Communications Solutions, a Microsoft UC partner and National Systems Integrator, and is actively pursuing further growth opportunities for the UC division.
Prior to joining InterCall, Bob practiced corporate law and was Vice President of Imagination Entertainment Corporation.
