Telanetix Voice Solution Chosen by Costco Wholesale As Service of the Month

Marketed in U.S. Costco Warehouses as AccessLine Digital Phone Service

SEATTLE, March 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Telanetix, Inc. (OTC BB: TNXI), a leading IP solutions provider offering video telepresence solutions and next generation voice services to all business market segments, today announced that Costco Wholesale, a leading national and international retailer to the business marketplace, has selected Telanetix' Voice Solution as its "Service of the Month" for March, 2009. Costco is advertising Telanetix' Digital Phone Service (DPS) under the AccessLine brand in approximately 400 warehouses across the United States via kiosk displays that include 2.5 foot by 3 foot product posters and other sales and advertising materials.

"Telanetix has been delivering solid, reliable business phone service value to our Costco Members under their AccessLine brand for many years", noted Jon Zweig, Costco Senior Director, Business and Financial Services. "We are very excited about their latest offering, DPS. It is an innovative combination of business phone equipment and phone service in an integrated, easy to purchase and install bundle. We believe the combination delivers another compelling value from Telanetix, especially in the current challenging environment for small businesses that need to save every penny possible".

"We are honored to be selected as Service of the Month by an organization with the type of sterling reputation that Costco holds among its business members", stated Doug Johnson, Telanetix Chief Executive Officer. "In preparing the best value proposition for the Costco Membership base, we have focused our efforts on both compelling value, and ease of the purchasing and installation experience. Phone systems can deliver great savings to a business, but until recently, that savings was not available to small businesses because of the complexity of installation. Our DPS equipment/service bundle solves that problem, delivering PBX line leverage savings to small businesses they've never had before. We estimate that Costco Members can save as much as 50% compared to other voice and equipment providers".
