Telepresence & HD Conferencing User Group Continues Soaring Growth.
LinkedIn Telepresence Group Reaches 2000 Member Mark

Syosset, NY (October 26, 2009) – The Telepresence and HD (TPHD) Conferencing Users and Professionals Group is continuing to achieve dramatic growth on its LinkedIn site. Membership in the Group has now passed 2000, a one-third increase since April 1, 2009, according to Carol Zelkin, Executive Director of the IMCCA (Interactive Multimedia Collaborative Communications Alliance), a non-profit industry association for conferencing technology. 

”Our TPHD User Group site has been very successful in providing peer-to-peer support and I believe this speaks to the importance of sharing information and resources within the conferencing user community”, said Ms. Zelkin. “The continued growth of the User Group is a clear endorsement of the IMCCA’s strategy of providing an interactive and informative online environment.” 

The Telepresence and HD Conferencing Users and Professionals Group provides an online environment where end-users and professionals involved in the HD video conferencing field, telepresence field and other immersive technology fields can communicate.
